Bisquick cinnamon rolls easy no yeast 30 minute breakfast
Whip up soft and fluffy bisquick cinnamon rolls with zero yeast and minimal rise time. Biscuit style dough rolls up around a brown sugar cinnamon filling and bakes in about 30 minutes. Finish with creamy icing for a quick breakfast or holiday morning treat.
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8- or 9-inch round baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick and milk. Stir until a soft dough forms. If too sticky, add a little more Bisquick.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently about 5 times. Roll into a rectangle approximately ¼-inch thick.
- Spread the softened butter over the dough. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle evenly over the buttered surface.
- Starting from the long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Cut into 8 equal slices.
- Place rolls cut-side up in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the rolls bake, mix the glaze ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls before serving.
Notes
- Do not overwork the dough to keep rolls tender
- Roll evenly for consistent baking
- Avoid overbaking to prevent dryness
- Glaze while warm for best absorption
- Serve fresh or gently reheat before eating
