- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle, then roll up toward the point, enclosing the filling.
- Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
