Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle white chocolate chips over the top.Let the chips sit for a few minutes to soften, then spread them evenly over the toffee with a spatula.Add a few drops of green food coloring and swirl or mix it in quickly to make the chocolate layer green. While the chocolate is still soft, press red heart sprinkles or candies into the top.Let cool completely at room temperature or place in the refrigerator to speed up setting.Once firm, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
