Ingredients
Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and onion. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add cabbage, carrot, and mushrooms. Cook for 4–5 minutes until vegetables are soft. Stir in the cooked chicken or turkey if using, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges with water, fold and seal tightly in a half-moon shape or pleated style.
- Place dumplings on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray or brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
- While dumplings bake, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and garlic in a bowl. Add warm water a little at a time until smooth and dippable.
- Serve baked dumplings warm with peanut sauce on the side.
